Drooling

I love to eat. Ask anyone that knows me.

Cindy made a butterflied, roasted chicken and blogged about it.

Roasted chicken is one of the few things that makes my mouth water as soon as I start to smell the seasonings heat up.  Just looking at Cindy’s photo got me drooling.

It’s no wonder that I thought about it all week and finally gave in.

I’ve already attacked it, after letting it rest for 10 minutes.  Poor bird only has one leg before it even got out of the pan.  Just looking at the picture AFTER scavenging and I’m starting to salivate again.

Good thing I haven’t put it in the fridge, yet.
