I can’t remember when I’ve laughed so much, for so many days in a row.
Here was our wet bar
Just a few more patterns
We saw the sample top and both OOH’d and AAH’d over it. Once again the finished product looks nicer than the one on the pattern. Unfortunately it was the first pattern bought and we completely forgot to look for yarn to make it!
AWESOME tote. Check out all of the pockets. Actually, every section on the outside is a pocket. Saw the sample and almost walked away with it. Do you think the Vegas bookies will place odds on whether I’ll make it?
We also made a few trips to the Mannings booth, so we could grab up these great buttons. You can see that I had them all over my knitted tote (just found the info that I made this tote in 2000).
We may have been a bit nuts about the buttons.
This was great. A booth dedicated to trying to break the Guinness World Record for the largest hand-knit sock. Also, I think, the sock being knit by the most amount of people. The sock has it’s own blog and even if you don’t knit, you should check it out – there will be a test.
I gave in and we took the GW Bridge home but since it was Sunday there was hardly any traffic and we were home in less than 3 1/2 hours.
Lesson learned and next week I’ll be making next year’s reservations. (Yes, I tried to make them before we left. They said the computers couldn’t do it until next week.)
