Wordy Wes Day

So Mom’s been kinda stressed over the computer and I’m jumping right in to help. I heard that if I step on 12 keys at once, cool smoke comes out of her ears. I’m working on that.

Twice this week she’s been to Apple and the second time she nearly leaped over the counter to kiss a man with a handle-bar mustache and wearing a hat like this

I guess that’s because he was able to find some really important information that she thought was lost. Must have been something about me. Everything else is just boring.

Mom’s been listening to a few books, on her iWhatzis. She’s already done with “Odd Hours” by Dean Koontz and “Fiddlers: A Novel of the 87th Precinct (87th Precinct Mysteries)” by Ed McBain. Now she’s listening to “The 6th Target (The Women’s Murder Club)” by James Patterson and Maxine Paetro. She’s really into the cop stuff right now. I really like swatting at the white cords that hang out of her ears. She loves when I do that.

Over the past 2 days she read the new Stephanie Plum book, “Fearless Fourteen”, by Janet Evanovich. There was a lot of laughing going on.

And a few days ago we had some really big thunderstorms. Dad was golfing at the time but I wasn’t worried about him. I was really comfy in my tree

so what was there to worry about?

I guess that’s all for now. I miss my sweet galfriend, Binky. She’s so cool and she likes me.

And, really, isn’t it all about me?

  1. I was wondering if the mac ‘genius’ was allowed to live. ;o)

We’re saving the 6th Women’s Murder Club and the 14th Stephanie book for our drive to Wyoming in July – so don’t tell me what happens, k? ;op

  2. I just finished listening to The Appeal, by John Grisham. Not worth it. I like Grisham as an audio books because he is generally interesting enough to hold my attention but not so engrossing that I can’t give some of my attention to whatever it is I need to be doing (like driving). But this one was kind of a disapointment. Even less plot than usual.
    Where is Binky?

  3. Binky loves posts written by her man. There are codes written in there that us mere humans can’t see …. I think.
Happy you were able to get the computer in line – and cowboy man could help!
