I. Can’t. Stop. Watching. Heroes.
I saw 5 minutes of this show and thought "Huh, not what I imagined it was going to be." So I did a search. You can BUY the first 11 episodes on iTunes….OR….you can watch them for FREE on nbc.com.
Guess which option I chose?
I watched all 11 episodes, in 4 days. GREAT SHOW. Check it out. Now I have to wait another week for them to start up again.
Knitting meetings. What a great way to spend an icky, rainy day. 10 women laughing, eating and knitting while Panera customers stared at us like we were zoo animals. (Seriously, you pick ONE little bug off of a friend…)
I was working on my Marilyn’s Not-So-Shrunken Cardigan.
It’s a beautiful shade of dark gray, Rowan yorkshire tweed dk. (sorry it’s blurry) I’m almost at the "put sleeves on scrap yarn" section.
Then, when I got home, I picked up THE VEST. 6.5" done. I only stopped because of the eye thing. I was prompted to work on it by some of the nay-sayers at the meeting. I’m not naming names but one day, YOU’re going to have to make one for YOUR husband. Nyah-Nyah.
My new knitting bag – 4 pockets on the outside, TONS of room on the inside and love all over. (Yes, it’s a Fossil.)
And, in my effort to
bloat improve my stash, I helped Suzie de-stash.
Wesley went on a little expedition in my knitting bag. Don’t worry. I was hiding the yarn so he scrounged up one of my Rowan ball bands.
I’m gonna kill him. Hours of good clean fun.
Seriously, check out Heroes.
